Annual Physical Exams are a very important part of keeping your children healthy. If your child sees their doctor during the year, please let me know or send in a note so that their Health Record can be kept up to date. If they have a Physical Examination I would truly love to have a copy. Remember, it is a State requirement that all school children have at least one Physical Exam on record. Thank you for your cooperation!

Immunizations provided for children who do not have health insurance and do not have a primary care provider.
We have completed hearing screening and are currently in the process of vision and dental. Any issues that are noted will be sent home via a note. Please feel free to contact me with any questions
Unfortunately, it is that time of year where the flu and the noro virus has begun. Please if your child has a fever, keep them home. Children should be fever free with no medication for 24 hours before they return to school. If your child is vomiting or has diarrhea again please keep them home, and again 24 hours from the LAST time they went to the bathroom or vomited before returning. The best way to help reduce the spread of germs is to keep sick kids home and to ensure children are properly washing their hands.
